1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Toplock Locksmiths website and all services provided by Toplock Locksmiths (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Toplock Locksmiths provides residential, commercial, automotive, and emergency locksmithing services across Greater Melbourne. Service availability may vary depending on location, time, and technician capacity. All work is carried out by qualified locksmiths in accordance with industry standards.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are provided in good faith based on the information supplied by the customer. Additional costs may apply if further work or materials are required once the job has commenced. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to amend pricing or withdraw quotes if conditions change before acceptance.

4. Call-Outs and Cancellations

Emergency and after-hours call-outs incur a minimum service fee. If a booking is cancelled within one hour of the scheduled time or after a locksmith has been dispatched, a call-out fee may still apply.

5. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been approved. We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved electronic payments. Outstanding invoices may attract late-payment fees and collection costs.

6. Warranty

All products and services are covered by a workmanship warranty of [insert period, e.g. 12 months] unless otherwise specified. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied hardware. Warranties do not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability

Toplock Locksmiths will take reasonable care while performing work but accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

8. Security and Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring lawful access to premises and vehicles where locksmithing work is requested. Proof of ownership or authority may be required before service is carried out.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during enquiries, quotes, or service calls is used solely to deliver our services and maintain communication. We do not share or sell personal data to third parties except where required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
